TKT.PH Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TKT.PH (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Role of TKT.PH

  • TKT.PH acts as a ticketing platform that enables event organizers to sell tickets and manage event registrations.
  • For events organized by third-party organizers, TKT.PH is not the event host and is not responsible for the quality, content, safety, or cancellation of the event.
  • TKT.PH is only responsible for providing the ticketing service. All claims relating to the event itself must be directed to the event organizer.

3. User Responsibilities

By using TKT.PH, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing tickets.
  • Not engage in fraudulent transactions, unauthorized reselling, or misuse of tickets.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and event-specific rules set by the organizer.
  • Not use tickets or event participation to engage in unlawful, disruptive, or harmful behavior, including harassment, violence, hate speech, or any activity that endangers others.

TKT.PH reserves the right to suspend accounts or invalidate tickets if a user is found violating these responsibilities.

4. Ticket Purchases and Payments

  • All ticket prices are determined by the event organizer.
  • Payment processing may be handled by:
    1. TKT.PH's integrated payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Dragonpay); or
    2. The event organizer's own payment processor, if they choose to use one.
  • For organizer-selected processors, the organizer is solely responsible for payment terms and refunds, as TKT.PH does not control or store payment details.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

  • Refunds, cancellations, and ticket transfers are governed by the event organizer's policies, not TKT.PH's.
  • Organizers may set their own refund terms, which will be communicated during the ticket purchase process.
  • TKT.PH is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of organizers unless explicitly stated.

6. Event Changes or Cancellations

  • Event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events.
  • In such cases, the organizer is responsible for notifying ticket buyers and managing any refund or compensation.
  • TKT.PH is not liable for losses, costs, or damages arising from event changes or cancellations.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • TKT.PH provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding event quality, safety, or fulfillment.
  • TKT.PH is not liable for:
    • Any loss of funds resulting from organizer-managed payments.
    • Event cancellations, postponements, or changes.
    • Any damages, injuries, or losses sustained during attendance at an event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology of TKT.PH are owned by BSI and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines.

10. Amendments

TKT.PH may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Additional Terms for Event Organizers

If you are an event organizer using TKT.PH to sell tickets or manage registrations, you agree to the following:

  1. Accuracy of Information – You are responsible for providing accurate event details (e.g., date, venue, capacity, pricing). TKT.PH is not liable for errors or omissions in organizer-provided content.
  2. Compliance with Laws – You must comply with all applicable laws, including permits, licenses, taxes, and safety regulations for your event.
  3. Lawful and Responsible Events – You agree that your event must be lawful, respectful, and safe. Specifically, you must not use TKT.PH to organize or promote events that:
    • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
    • Promote violence, discrimination, exploitation, or hate speech against individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected status;
    • Involve illegal, obscene, or fraudulent activities;
    • Compromise public safety or encourage harmful behavior.

Right to Remove Events – TKT.PH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or remove any event listings from the Platform if they are found to violate these terms, applicable law, or community standards. Organizers will be notified, but TKT.PH is under no obligation to reinstate such events.

  1. Refunds and Customer Support – You are solely responsible for setting and honoring your refund and cancellation policies. Organizers must handle customer inquiries and disputes related to their event.
  2. Payment Processing –
    • If you use TKT.PH's integrated payment processors, transactions are subject to their terms and fees.
    • If you connect your own payment processor, you bear full responsibility for security, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes.
  3. Event Liability – You assume full responsibility for the conduct, quality, and safety of your event. TKT.PH will not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during your event.
  4. Use of Attendee Data – You may access attendee data collected through TKT.PH only for event-related purposes. You must not sell, misuse, or share attendee data outside the scope of your event.
  5. Indemnification – You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TKT.PH, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your event or your use of the Platform.
